As change management and project management experts, we follow the best practices available on the fields and our experts can not only justify from long years of experience, but also from the needed certifications (i.e. Scum Master and/or Product Owner, PMP, CAPM, IMCM, Prince2 and further…).

amontis Is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 by the by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH, concerning the quality management of consulting, interim management, further education, and coaching services.
Project Management
amontis has been an R.E.P. (Registered Education Provider) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) for two decades. Since January 2021, the PMI® has introduced a new concept of A.T.P. (Associated Training Partner).
Change Management
amontis is an accredited training organisation and partner of ACMC for the delivery and certification of the International Multidisciplinary Change Management (IMCM ®) standard.
Project Management

However, we also want to use our expertise and experience to help voluntary associations and start-ups to organise themselves more professionally, i.e. more strategically, effectively and efficiently. With our awarded “Competence Sponsoring” programme, amontis has been offering voluntary associations and start-ups free participation in open seminars for professional development since 2018.
